Flat-Fee Shipping
Goodwill Too offers convenient flat-fee shipping to make it easier for you to shop with us.
Standard ground shipping is only $8.99 for any size purchase up to 150 lbs (actual or dimensional weight). Express air shipping is $49.99, (due to the extreme cost of air freight).
In most cases, standard ground shipping will be delivered within 5 business days of shipping anywhere within the 48 contiguous US states. If the package is to be delivered to a PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, an APO or FPO address, or to a location considered a US territory, such as the US Virgin Islands, it will be sent via USPS Parcel Post, and may take longer (as much as 21 business days) for delivery. Typically, express air shipping will be delivered within 2 business days of shipping anywhere within the 48 contiguous US states. If the package is to be delivered to a PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, an APO or FPO address, or to a location considered a US territory, such as the US Virgin Islands, it will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, and may take longer for delivery. Please keep in mind that these delivery times extend from the date the order is actually shipped, not the date the order is placed. We will have to process your order before we can ship it. This process may take a day or more, particularly if the order arrives over a weekend or holiday. We will make every effort to ship your order quickly, and you will be notified by e-mail when an order ships.
Shipments 150 lbs (actual or dimensional weight) or larger carry additional expense and may require the use of a freight service. You will be informed of freight charges or other additional shipping charges before we ship your order, and any additional charges will be billed separately. You will be required to pay any additional charges before the order is shipped.
Shipping to 3rd-Parties
We do permit you to order merchandise for delivery to 3rd-parties, however we routinely place a copy of the printed invoice in all orders as your receipt.
If you are planning to have an order delivered as a gift or if we are drop-shipping your purchase to one of your customers, you must tell us you do not want the invoice included in the package. We need to receive this notice before we process your order, so please write us using the Contact Us form and let us know your name and the recipient's name, so we can identify the order. Since the printed invoice is intended to serve as a backup to the e-mailed invoice, we will not send a printed copy in the event you ask us to withhold the copy from the package.
Customer Pick-Up
Please see our Customer Pick-Up Instructions page for details on picking up your order at a Goodwill-Suncoast store. If you fail to follow these instructions and/or do not live in an area eligible for Customer Pick-Up, we may bill you for Standard shipping, and we will not ship your order until any shipping charges are paid.
