Return Policy

Unlike the brick & mortar Goodwill stores, Goodwill Too! doesn't offer much of an opportunity to see something before you buy it, so we offer the following simple return policy:

You have 30 days to return unopened new goods for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

You have 30 days to exchange defective merchandise for the same product, or, if the product is no longer available, for a full refund, less shipping and handling (with the exception of Apple iPods, which have their own warranty and/or the iPod Replacement Plan). Dings and/or scratches on refurbished items (marked refurbished in their descriptions) are normal and are not to be considered defects for the purpose of this policy.

Donated items (items marked -Donated- in their descriptions) are one-of-a-kind items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be pre-authorized; we will not accept returns without authorization. Write us via the Contact Us page to obtain a Return Authorization and further instructions, or if you have any questions.

Holiday Return Policy (11/1 - 12/31)

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st will have their 30-day return eligibility extended to January 31. All other return requirements apply. To obtain authorization, you need to refer to the buyer's name and 5-digit order number (found in the e-mailed receipt or on a paper receipt included with the order (if appropriate)). 

Items returned that cannot be matched to an order, or which do not meet the above conditions, will be sent back to the returning party without action. If such an item cannot be returned, it will be otherwise disposed.
