Unlike the brick & mortar Goodwill stores, Goodwill Too! doesn't offer much of an opportunity to see something before you buy it, so we offer the following simple return policy:
You have 30 days to return unopened new goods for a full refund, less shipping and handling.
You have 30 days to exchange defective merchandise for the same product, or, if the product is no longer available, for a full refund, less shipping and handling (with the exception of Apple iPods, which have their own warranty and/or the iPod Replacement Plan).
Donated items (items marked -Donated- in their descriptions) are one-of-a-kind items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns must be pre-authorized; we will not accept returns without authorization. Write us via the Contact Us page to obtain a Return Authorization and further instructions, or if you have any questions.
