Customer Pick-Up Instructions
Customers located within the Goodwill-Suncoast service area may be able to arrange to pick up their Goodwill Too orders without incurring a shipping charge. This is a test program, and so the service will not be available at all area Goodwill Stores, and the procedures may change from one order to the next, as well as from one location to the next. We highly recommend reviewing these instructions before every purchase for customer pick-up, to learn about schedule and procedural changes.
Note: If you do not reside near one of the below listed Goodwill-Suncoast locations and/or you do not inform us of a listed location where you plan to pick up your order, we will bill you for Standard (ground) shipping, and we will not ship your order until any shipping charges are paid.
Currently, customer pick-up is available ONLY at the following Goodwill-Suncoast locations:

To take advantage of this program, you need to complete four very important steps.
1) You should set the Shipping Method in your Shopping Cart to "Customer Pick-Up." This should change your shipping charge to FREE, and will tell us you wish to pick up your order, rather than have it shipped to you.
2) Complete the rest of the order, providing your name, address, phone and e-mail information as requested.
3) Pay for your order, following the links to PayPal, then clicking the link returning you to our web site.
4) Very Important: On your return to the Goodwill Too web site, please click to the Contact Us page and leave us a message giving us your name, e-mail address and the location (from the list above) where you would like to pick up your order.
Important Note: Selected, specially marked products are not eligible for Customer Pick-Up. These items will be clearly marked on their description pages. The web site will allow you to make the purchase with that shipping selection, however the selection will be changed to Domestic Standard (Ground) shipping at the warehouse and you will be billed for the additional shipping charge. Your order will not be shipped until the additional shipping charge is paid.

If you live close to our Gandy Store in St Petersburg, FL, you may choose to pick up your order at the store. At present, we do not charge for this service.
