Goodwill Too's 1-Year iPod Replacement Plan

Should you suffer a failure of an Apple iPod purchased from Goodwill Too and covered by the 1-Year iPod Replacement Plan provided by Goodwill Too, contact Goodwill Too to arrange to return the damaged unit. Goodwill Too will replace the damaged unit with a similar or better model, at its option.

The Plan:

• Covers defects in workmanship and parts
• Covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns
• Covers normal wear and tear
• And picks up at the end of the 60-day refurbisher's warranty, extending to 1 year after the purchase date

The Plan:

• Excludes user-related damages and user-related issues.
• Examples of user-related damages include but are not limited to
• corrosion
• dents
• chips
• and other external or internal damages that are deemed to be user inflicted.
• Examples of user-related issues include but are not limited to
• corrupted mp3 files
• corrupted boot files (generally caused by a virus that attacks USB devices and corrupts boot files, therefore disabling your iPod from booting up even after repairs are made)

Units determined to have been returned due to user-related damages or issues will be returned unrepaired to the owner, freight collect.
